What a great workshop, taught by bicycle mechanic and passionate bike up-cycler Guy Partelton and organised by Nicci Shepherd
We had all kinds of bikes and all ages of bike owners turn up for the workshop, from a folding bike which had seen many commuting miles to all sizes of family bikes and even a vintage tandem .
Everyone left the workshop more confident and keen to fix their own bikes, after Guy patiently covered all of the basics, from fixing punctures to adjusting brakes and gears.
We are looking forward to running this event again, especially as Nikki made some lovely cakes for us to share!
