Creative Workshops
At the Centre we have a scrap store with all kinds of waste items that are great for making things with, we are always interested in getting more things to add to our store so if you are coming to the Centre feel free to bring us anything clean and safe that we can use in our creative activities.
We are constantly looking for and adding new creative activities to our workshop programme, our exhibitors are usually more than happy to provide free or heavily discounted workshop sessions for us. If you would like to share your skills in our workshop sessions just email centre@bricksandbread or talk to us on Twitterabout it. Every Saturday our creative workshops are in the same room as our exhibition, its very informal, relaxed and most importantly FUN! So there is no need to be nervous or worried about how good you are, just share your passion for your creative work, people will always want to know more.
If you would like to take part in any of our workshops just turn up, unless the course title is underlined which means we need you to reserve a space on the workshop or there may be a little fee to pay (if you would like to attend a fee paying event and can’t afford it, don’t worry just bring us some creative waste, furniture or offer to share your skills).
Also, feel free to just come along any Saturday with a craft project you are working on, we have lots of creative people who just pop in to spend time around great people with nice coffee and tea to drink.
