What makes us different to most conference centres, hotels and serviced offices?
  • At the Centre everything (apart from the food!) is reused waste materials
  • No waste goes to landfill or is even recycled from the centre – if it can’t be composted on site, or reused in our scrapstore we don’t use it
  • Our food is sourced locally, from small businesses and freshly made that day
  • Everyone who works here is a small business or expert in social enterprise & sustainable innovation
  • As a social enterprise all the income we earn is used to fund our activities which benefit our local community
  • We actively collaborate with the businesses who run events or hire a meeting room from us – helping you innovate & grow your business
  • We do much more than just hire you the room, we can provide experts, speakers and publicity for your event or your training course.
  • Your delegates can come back to the centre to get further information or advice from us (especially useful for supporting career development and behaviour change activities)

Hot desking – for Bricks and Bread hub members only & booked in advance
Small office use – from £100 a day
Large conference room – from £35 a delegate – special rates for Bricks and Bread hub members & collaborative events

Lunch – we pride ourselves on providing the best lunch you will get at any venue
from £10 a person - we can provide sandwiches  or a cold buffet
